Design in Details

Inspired by its hillside setting, this home blurs the boundaries between architecture and landscape. Light, air, and texture define its atmosphere — large glass walls draw the outdoors in, while natural materials echo the tones of stone and wood around it. The layered outdoor decks, pool, and garden create a living experience that shifts with the sun’s rhythm. This is design as a form of well-being — modern yet timeless, structured yet deeply connected to nature.

  • Seamless Indoor–Outdoor Connection: Expansive glass walls blur the boundaries between the living room, kitchen, and outdoor lounge, promoting natural flow and interaction.
  • Warm Minimalism: Neutral tones and natural materials — including oak wood, limestone, and soft textiles — foster a calm and inviting ambiance.
  • Large Windows: Installing floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light and provide unobstructed ocean views.
  • Layered Outdoor Living: Multi-level terraces, a pool, and intimate lounge areas create a tranquil outdoor retreat ideal for relaxation and entertaining.
  • Modern Amenities: Incorporating state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, smart home technology, and luxurious bathroom fixtures.

Incredible Result

Blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, this residence embodies a modern expression of biophilic design. Expansive glass walls, warm wood tones, and natural stone finishes create a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape. Each space is crafted to engage the senses — the warmth of sunlight filtering through large windows, the texture of wood underfoot, and the calm of greenery just beyond the glass.Designed to promote comfort, balance, and well-being, the home celebrates simplicity through material honesty and openness. In a world of increasing urban density, this design approach restores our innate connection to nature — creating spaces that breathe, rejuvenate, and inspire mindful living.
